My aim, as your Health Coach, is to share with you all the information you need to discover the nutrition and lifestyle choices that best support you.
During the sessions we will talk about the food you eat to nourish your body and about other elements which fill our soul and create wellness. Physical activity, personal relationships, career and spirituality are some of our Primary Foods which nourish us and upon which our happiness depends.
Together, we will explore your specific concerns and create the tools you need for a lifetime of body balance and healthy living.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Nutritional Health Coaching Program consists of an initial session followed by 3 or 6 follow-up sessions which can be performed via Skype or in person, if you reside in Spain.
The initial session consists of an exhaustive 90-minutes interview where:
Medical and personal history is recorded.
Your eating patterns and lifestyle will be identified
We will discuss your goals for your own health and identify barriers that prevent you from achieving them.
Your current diet will be analysed
You’ll be given some starting guidelines that will quickly have a positive impact on your health.
After the first session we start working in more detail on the Nutritional Health Coaching Program with follow-up sessions of 60 minutes every two weeks. These consist of:
Evaluation and discussion of the effectiveness of the guidelines proposed at the previous meeting
Nutritional Coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
Follow-up guidelines for your eating patterns
Delicious recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
Informative handouts that will increase your nutritional knowledge
Email service is included between sessions, so you can always contact me if you have any doubt.
As I said, my aim, as your Health Coach, is to guide you and share with you all the information you need to discover the nutrition and lifestyle choices that best support you. We will achieve that through detailed and clear nutritional education in our sessions.
