My passion is around healthy food and its benefits

People should build a sustainable relationship with food and to understand the impact food has on our bodies together with the importance of a healthy lifestyle!

I am Spanish and for professional reasons I have lived for over 15 years in Belgium and Sweden.

These years have brought with them many valuable and enriching exchanges. I have enjoyed the opportunity to live in a multicultural environment, to meet people from all over the world, to learn new languages and ways of looking at things, to discover new ingredients and ways of cooking them.

I currently live in Stockholm with my husband and our three children.

My professional experience lies in Management and Business Administration, both in Spain and in England. I hold an MBA from Spain, as well as a degree in Marketing Management from Belgium and I have worked for the multinational brands MasterCard, Peugeot and Atlas Copco.

I have always been interested in a healthy lifestyle and nutrition. It has become intuitive, governed primarily by a desire to nourish my family, friends and those around me, so I decided to switch my focus and train both comprehensively and holistically this area.

I followed my first Nutrition and Cooking course over ten years ago, year 2003, in Belgium, focused on food as a healer (raw food, whole grains, sprouted grains, anti-inflammatory foods) and how to build a sustainable relationship with healthy food and the way it's cooked (raw, steamed, low temperature cooking). Since then I have followed many courses, mostly in Belgium, which main the goal has been to build a sustainable relationship with food and to understand the impact food has on our bodies, food as a healer, together with the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

All these courses and experiences led ultimately to the wish to qualify professionally in my passion around healthy food and its benefits.

My lovely husband and friends pushed me to study further and I completed a course in Health Counselling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.

One of my greatest pleasures in life is travelling with my family and I enjoy eating and discovering new food, new recipes and new ways to cook. We love when we find an open-air market and we can see the selection of beautiful, fresh and local colourful fruit and vegetables!
